• they’re having trouble reaching their website, or

• TextStyle’s main site can’t be reached.
  

This site is hosted on a different network than TextStyle’s main site and yours. Therefore, if the main network is down, this one should be up.

To come to your assistance, this site includes:

• a reduced version of Forums TextStyle, to be used ONLY when the complete version at textstyle.ca is inaccessible;

• a reduced version of Assistance TextStyle, without your previous tickets, also to be used ONLY when the complete version at textstyle.ca is inaccessible, and

• an off-network e-mail address to reach a TextStyle representative.
